Our Company

Decide Information Technologies LLC. is a Houston, Texas based software management and consulting business. Founded by Don Keller Sr., a service disabled veteran, Decide Information Technologies was created to bring the skills of the partners and their staff to the needs of the government.

Decide Information Technologies is certified through the CCR (Central Contractor Registration) as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Decide brings a unique skill set of software and information technology knowledge. The partners and staff have hundreds of years of combined experience for most hardware and software projects.

Our Team

Don Keller, III. Managing Partner - Decide Information Technologies LLC. Prior to joining Decide IT, Don served as global system administrator for a Web based HSE system in the energy industry. He was medically retired as a Captain from USMC after flying 170 missions in Viet Nam. He has owned several businesses since retiring from the military, and has accumulated thirty plus years IT experience starting as a COBOL programmer on main frames. He has served as systems analyst, project lead, supervisor, and consultant in various industries including defense, banking, energy, and communications.

David Moise. Partner - Decide Information Technologies LLC. Prior to joining Decide IT, Mr. Moise was the founder of Decide Consulting. He has spent over 13 years working for several IT Services Firms. These include Andersen Consulting, Berger & Co. (now Idea Integration), Akili Systems and Insource. During this time he has held a number of positions including programmer, technical architect, Practice Manager and Sales Account Executive. He has spent numerous hours not only solving hands-on client technical problems and crafting their solutions, but was responsible for securing and retaining millions of dollars of new business. Through his experiences developing applications, he has developed a toolset that allows his consultants to develop custom applications more efficiently and effectively.

Don Keller, IV. Partner - Decide Information Technologies LLC. Prior to joining Decide IT, Don was the President NDCSearch.com and SignalFive Technologies. He has over 10 years experience in IT, and has worked directly with major Fortune500 customers to define business processes and integrate technology solutions to automate and enhance those processes. Through his experience owning and consulting with software companies, he has developed a streamlined approach to rapid resource integration and managing change through software and hardware deployments.
